This page explains what Punchcard keeps about you, why, and how to get rid of it. The short version: as little as we can, only to run the app, and you can delete it any time.
What we keep
When you sign up, we keep your name, your email and the hours, clients and invoices you put into Punchcard. When you write to us or book a demo, we keep your message and your email so we can answer. When you sign up for the newsletter, we keep your email until you unsubscribe.
What we never do
We don’t take screenshots, record keystrokes or score your activity. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t show you ads.
Payments
Plans and invoice payments go through Stripe. We never see your card details; Stripe tells us only that a payment went through.
Analytics
This site counts visits without cookies. If Google Analytics is switched on, it loads only after you accept it in the cookie banner.
Your rights
Export everything as CSV or JSON from your settings, or delete your account in two clicks. For anything else, write to hello@punchcard.example and we’ll answer within a working day.
