Terms

These are the terms for using Punchcard. We’ve kept them short and readable.

Your account

You’re responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping your password safe. One person per Solo account; Studio plans can add up to 25 people.

Plans and payment

Solo is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and start with 14 days free. You can cancel any time; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t refund partial months.

Your data

Your hours, clients and invoices are yours. We store them to run the app and nothing else. Export them whenever you like.

Fair use

Don’t use Punchcard to break the law, send spam or attack our servers. If you do, we may close your account.

Changes

If these terms change, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the new terms apply.
